Our duties included but not limited to verification of taxable jackpots, accompany and verify the payout, signing in and out of keys, We handled customer complaints, accidents, customer disputes and investigated any unusual events reported to us by surveillance inside or out side of the casino.
To start off there were only two security officers on duty per shift with the exception of when there was a drop.
